Refund Policy

When and how refunds apply on EchoSkins.

EchoSkins is a brand operated by Online Transaction Technology Ventures Holding MT ("OTTVH MT", "we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at Suite 82, Regent House, Bisazza Street, Sliema, SLM 1640, Malta.

Because EchoSkins sells digital in-game items delivered to your Steam inventory, this policy explains when refunds are available.

1. Before delivery

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before the item has been delivered to your Steam inventory. Contact us promptly and we will cancel and refund the original payment method or your Platform Credit.

2. After delivery

Once an item has been delivered to your Steam inventory, the purchase is complete and is generally non-refundable, as the digital item has been supplied. By placing an order you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun.

3. Failed or incorrect delivery

If we fail to deliver, deliver the wrong item, or delivery is not possible through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a re-delivery or a full refund. Report any delivery issue to us within 7 days.

4. Platform Credit

Platform Credit is spend-only and cannot be cashed out. Where a refund is due for an order paid with Platform Credit, it is returned to your Platform Credit balance.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks raised for delivered items may result in account suspension while we investigate.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
