Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of EchoSkins.

Last updated: 18 June 2026

EchoSkins is a brand operated by Online Transaction Technology Ventures Holding MT ("we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at SUITE 82, REGENT HOUSE, Bisazza Street, Sliema, SLM 1640, MALTA and company registration number C 85146.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Online Transaction Technology Ventures Holding MT governing your use of EchoSkins (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Steam account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and Steam trade URL secure.

2. The Service

EchoSkins is a storefront for in-game cosmetic items for Counter-Strike 2. We aggregate fulfillable inventory into a single catalogue and deliver purchases to your Steam inventory through automated trade offers.

The Service does not offer case opening, wagering, peer-to-peer trading, or cash-out of any kind.

3. Platform Credit

Platform Credit is a closed-loop, spend-only balance usable only within the Service to purchase items. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is not a payment service, e-money or deposit.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change with live market conditions until an order is placed. We accept major cards including Visa and Mastercard, processed by our contracted payment provider. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we begin fulfilment.

5. Additional charges

Rarity premium is markup that scales with how illiquid or hard-to-source the item is. Rare items have opaque price discovery and we carry more sourcing effort and inventory risk on them, so the margin is wider where the market tolerates it. This is a unit economics play.

Fulfilment risk adjustment covers the operational risk of getting the item from supplier to the buyer's Steam inventory: price drift during the lock window, failed or expired trades, retries, and per-order Steam or FX overhead. It is the buffer for fulfilment not going cleanly.

Reversal-window premium only applies to items inside the CS2 7-day trade-reversal window. It prices the risk that the upstream supplier reverses the trade after we have delivered the item.

6. Delivery

Items are delivered to your Steam inventory via a trade offer. You must have a valid, public trade URL and an account able to receive trades. Delivery times depend on Steam and the applicable trade-hold window.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose, not to abuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, and to comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

9. No affiliation with Valve

EchoSkins is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is dated below. Questions: [email protected].
